RETURN POLICY

 

Remico Solutions wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:

 

• ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged or defective upon receipt, item(s) to be returned (select one):
  
            ☐  must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with tags attached.
            ☒  may be “open box” but must be complete and all original packaging intact.

• FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued (select one):

  If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable unless otherwise stated.

  We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of store management.

 

4.       NO IN-STORE RETURNS. Sales are not made In-Store online sales only.

 

5.       ONLINE RETURNS. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at www.remicosolutions.com or email customerservice@remicosolutions.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

 

6.       RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items that are being returned because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be (select one):

• PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are processed within 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

 

• CANCELLATIONS

 

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

 

• RETURNS

 

Our return policy is:

 

☒ - Returns Accepted. Returns will be accepted 7 days from order date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

• DELAYED ORDERS

 

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping carrier delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed shipments, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

 

• DAMAGED ORDERS

 

Remico Solutions is not liable for lost or damage products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
